Today’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in Texas: Mark’s Clothiers. Named after the store’s owner, Mark Gannon, Mark’s Clothiers opened in 2011. The store considers itself West Houston’s destination for conservative men’s clothing. The shop carries ties, shoes, and other fine furnishings as well as a wide selection sportswear.
Named after General Sam Houston and founded in 1836, Houston is the fourth largest city in the United States. Houston’s diverse population is, in part, a result of its thriving energy, medical, and aeronautics industries. Houston is home to the largest medical center in the world and NASA’S Johnson Space Center. Houston hosts the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, which is considered the largest annual livestock exhibition in the world. The city is also known for its numerous museums and performing arts centers.
