Dapper Classics – Year Two In Review

Anniversary SockToday is the two year anniversary of the Dapper Classics website. This past year has been an exciting one for Dapper Classics. Below are some of the highlights from the last year:

-In the last year, we reaffirmed our commitment to American manufacturing by purchasing a linked-toe knitting machine.

-Over the last year, we expanded our collection from nearly 120 styles of American-Made dress socks to almost 200.

-In year two of our website, we introduced our inaugural Mid-Calf Collection and our first linked-toe sock styles.

-At this time last year, our socks could be purchased in 13 fine men’s retailers. Now our socks are in 55 retailers throughout the United States.

-Over the last year, Dapper Classics received some exciting press coverage, including features in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Kentucky Monthly, US Airways Magazine, Off the Cuff, Male Standard, Die, Workwear!, Modern Fellows, a mention on ESPN, a nomination for the Martha Stewart American-Made contest, and inclusion in the official gift bags for the GRAMMY Awards and Latin Grammy Awards.

-In the last year, we received our first orders from Austria, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

-This last year witnessed our first collaboration with another brand. We teamed up with Old Try to make a limited run of “Work & Play” socks.

Thank you for supporting Dapper Classics over the last year. We look forward to what the next year will bring.
