Paducah is a small city located in western Kentucky. The city was laid out by the famed explorer William Clark. In 1996, Paducah began a “Wall to Wall” project in its downtown area. In a span of ten years, a team of muralists completed more than fifty murals on the city’s floodwall depicting Paducah’s history. Paducah has been home to nationally-known weatherman Sam Champion and PGA golfer Kenny Perry. The city is also home of the National Quilt Museum. (image credit)
