Jake & Ed'sToday’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in Georgia: Jake & Ed’s. Opened in 1950, Jake & Ed’s is a family owned and operated men’s store in Waycross. The shop carries a wide range of men’s clothing – from casual wear to custom clothing.

Waycross is a small city in southern Georgia. The community is known for Okefenokee Swamp Park – a National Wildlife Refuge with unique exhibits, wildlife shows, wilderness walkways, and boat tours. (image source)

Feature Friday – Canvas, a Boutique

CanvasToday’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in North Carolina: Canvas, a Boutique. Sisters Julie Brewer and Jackie Sherard opened the boutique in Charlotte in 2014. The shop specializes in unique women’s clothing and accessories and carries a carefully curated selection of men’s items.

Charlotte is the largest city in North Carolina. The “Queen City” was named after Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz – queen consort of Great Britain. The city is home to a thriving arts culture and a variety of popular museums.

Feature Friday – Mettlers American Mercantile

MettlersToday’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in Michigan: Mettlers American Mercantile. Lou Mettler founded the company in 1975. Located in Charlevoix, the store’s mission is “to discover and provide…American made goods of heirloom quality and vintage accents.” The shop carries men’s and women’s clothing and home decor.

Charlevoix is located in northern Michigan between Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix. A popular tourist destination in the summer, Charlevoix is commonly called “The Beautiful”. The city is known for its boating community, golf courses, and local stores.

The store, which opened over 20 years ago, is located in downtown Chattanooga in the historic James Building. The shop carries fine clothing and accessories and offers a variety of helpful services – from closet consultations to professional tailoring for the life of a garment.

Located in the southeastern corner of the state, Chattanooga is the fourth largest city in the Tennessee. Chattanooga, nicknamed the “Scenic City”, is surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains. The city is a popular tourist destination – with attractions including the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, Tennessee Aquarium, and Tennessee Riverwalk.

Myrtle BeachToday’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in South Carolina: The Men’s Store. The Men’s Store has been a Myrtle Beach staple for more than 20 years. The shop carries a variety of men’s clothing and accessories, specializing in sportswear.
