Feature Friday – Heimie’s Haberdashery

Today’s Feature Friday spotlights one of our retail partners in Minnesota: Heimie’s Haberdashery. Located in downtown St. Paul, Heimie’s opened for business in 1921. The shop, which exudes timelessness with its historic decor, specializes in tailored clothing with an emphasis on traditional classic attire. The store also stocks cigars, hats, travel and hunt gear, and leather goods. The haberdashery’s philosophy is summed up by the Heimie’s Oath.

St. Paul is the capital city of Minnesota. Together with Minneapolis, it is known as the “Twin Cities.” St. Paul was originally called “Pig’s Eye” – after the pioneer Pierre “Pig’s Eye” Parrant – before being renamed by Lucien Galtier, Minnesota’s first Catholic priest. St. Paul was the birthplace of F. Scott Fitzgerald and Charles M. Schulz.
